Dunstall hosted Matlock this weekend and gained a winning draw from the occasion. The home side posted a score of 244-6 on the board with contributions coming from Tom Mandleberg with 33, Carl Eyden who hit 47 and John Jennings who made 48. The score was always going to be achievable for Matlock; however their run rate prevented them from reaching this total. The visitors made 201 for the loss of 6 wickets with Kevin Leatherday hitting the top score of the day on 64, supported by Doyle on 30 and Mierkalns who added 43. Dunstall gained 17 points, leaving Matlock with 10, in a match dominated by batsmen. 3 K Leatherday 2 J Jennings 1 C Eden.
