Annual General Meeting 2011

This year the AGM will be held on Monday, 5th December in the Function Room of the Duke William Public House, Starkholmes, Matlock, commencing at 7pm.

It is absolutely critical that as many members as possible attend the meeting as we will be deciding upon vital rule changes, election of captains and officials, sharing some important messages with everyone about the challenges ahead and how we how we might overcome them and setting our objectives for the 2012 season.

Official positions submitted for election this year are Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, 1st XI & 2nd XI Captains. Proposals should be received seven days by 28th November 2011.
